Immofinanz appoints Fulga Dinu as new country manager for Romania
Fulga Dinu has taken over the role of Operations Country Manager at Immofinanz Romania and will coordinate the company's development on the dynamic office space and retail centre markets. 2018-04-27 14:10:53
Last year, Immofinanz consolidated its operations on the office space and retail markets and introduced the group's international brands to Romania: myhive for offices, VIVO! For retail centres and Stop Shop for retail parks.
Previously, Fulga Dinu was the CFO of Iulius Group and country manager at Eurohypo, a German bank part of Commerzbank group.
"I am looking forward to contributing to strengthening the market position of IMMOFINANZ in the dynamic framework in which we operate. We will continue to offer our clients high quality properties and services and bring new international concepts on the Romanian market," said Fulga Dinu.
Immofinanz's Romania properties make up around 20 per cent of its total portfolio, including 18 completed transactions worth a total of 822.8 million Euro.
